Franklin, TN, September 30, 2009 -- TS3 Technology, Inc. announced today that they have purchased the assets of PressCom Electronics a low-volume, high-mix EMS provider based in Mesa, AZ primarily focused on the defense and aerospace markets. The PressCom acquisition will provide TS3 a platform in the high growth defense and aerospace markets.

TS3 announces acquisition of Alpha Circuits of Stafford, TX
Franklin, TN, October 01, 2008 -- TS3 Technology,
Inc. and Alpha Circuits, Inc today announced they have executed
a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which TS3 merged
with Alpha Circuits of Stafford, TX. This merger will expand
our North American manufacturing footprint and product capabilities.TS3
currently has 140,000 square feet under roof in Houston and
Franklin, TN. The Alpha merger will increase the footprint
to over 200,000 square feet.

Solutions III Changes Name to TS3
Name change reflects focus on the expanding
fields of electronic manufacturing services and business telecommunication
solutions
Franklin, TN., Oct 15, 2007 — Telco Solutions III, LLC announced
today it has changed its name to TS3, LLC. The name change
to TS3, LLC reflects the company's focus in the expanding
fields of electronic manufacturing services and telecommunication
solutions. TS3 is about, “Partnerships in Technology Solutions”,
both from a customer partnering perspective, and from partnerships
with leading industry suppliers.
TS3 is a diverse national manufacturing and engineering company
specializing in two high-technology areas; electronic manufacturing
services and business telecommunication systems with business
solutions. TS3 has developed and offers advanced electronic
manufacturing services and has partnered with industry leading
companies such as Nortel, Citel, and others to offer a strong
portfolio of business communication systems and solutions.
The new company name, TS3, is the result of combining the
operations of Telco Solutions III, LLC and TTS Testing Solutions,
LLC and the company’s acquisition of Micropaq Corporation.
Established in 1984, the company is owned by Titan Holdings
Group, LLC, and has grown into a multi-million dollar company
with facilities located throughout the United States and with
products distributed worldwide.
In commenting on the name change, Mike McCammack, President

With over 350 employees, TS3’s corporate headquarters is located
