 TS3
is a diverse contract manufacturer, specializing in electromechanical
assembly, PCB assembly, wire harness and cable assembly. Additionally,
TS3 provides repair and refurbishment services. Originally
a manufacturer of simple cable assemblies for Northern Telecom,
TS3 has grown into a multimillion dollar operation with two
facilities located in Franklin, TN and Houston, TX. TS3 has
over 350 employees in those two facilities and a combined
manufacturing footprint of 170,000 square feet. TS3’s corporate
office is centrally located in Franklin, Tennessee, just 15
miles south of Nashville. Our constant focus on product quality
has led to consistent recognition of our excellence in serving
our customers. Currently we are ISO 9001-2008, ISO 13485, and AS9100 registered
in both facilities along with ITAR conformance in our Franklin
facility.
Mission Statement
TS3 will be recognized by our
customers as the pre-eminent and most broadly capable Electronic
Manufacturing Services company for highly technical and complex
products servicing the low volume high mix markets. TS3 will
provide world class quality, delivery, service and value through
continual improvement in everything we do.
Leadership Team
Mike McCammack
Mr. McCammack joined TS3 in August of
2007 as President and CEO responsible for all operations. Previous
to joining TS3, Mr. McCammack has 30+ years of electronics industry
experience. This experience includes Jabil electronics, where
he was a Business Unit Director, as well as 18 years at Molex,
where for 6 of those years Mr. McCammack ran their Industrial
Division as President. Mr McCammack also has worked for Tyco/Amp
,Rockwell-Collins and served as a consultant for AT Kearney.
Mr. McCammack has a BS in Industrial Engineering and a MS in
Industrial Administration (MBA) from Purdue University.
Jeff Behrendt
Mr. Behrendt joined TS3 in August of
2009 as Executive Vice President and CFO with responsibility
for all Finance and Administration functions of the Company.
Mr. Behrendt has 30 plus years of both private and public Financial
management experience. Prior to his joining TS3 Mr. Behrendt
was Vice President – Finance and CFO for Continental Global
Group which manufactured conveyor equipment for the global mining
industry. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President – Finance
and CFO for Universal Lighting Technologies; a leader in ballasts
and controls for commercial lighting applications. Mr. Behrendt
was employed for 25 years with Eaton Corporation, a diversified
industrial company, serving in increasing responsible Financial
assignments that included Group Controller of Eaton’s Electrical
Group. He is a CPA with a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State
University and an MBA in Finance from Baldwin-Wallace College.
John Sintic
John Sintic joined TS3 in May of 2008
as VP of sales .John brings 20+ years of electronics experience
to TS3. Previous to joining TS3 John worked for Viasystems group
Inc from October 1998 to May 0f 2008. John held various positions
including most recently VP Sales telecom with Viasystems Group
Inc. Viasystems is Global Market leader in PCB and EMS solutions.
Previous to Viasystems John worked from September 1996 to October
1999 as a Area Vice President for Marshall Industries a leading
Industrial distributor for the electronics industry .Previous
to Marshall Industries John worked from April 1986 to September
1996 as regional manager for Thomas & Betts - a leading
interconnect company in the electronics industries.
John began his career as a Technical sales rep for Key Tech
Corp. A specialty chemical company focused on the paper industry.
John has a BS in Management from the University of Charleston.
Kamal Bajaj
Kamal Bajaj founded Micropaq in 1996,
which was acquired by TS3 in Oct 2006. He was managing Houston
branch until consolidation in May 2009 with the Stafford location.
Kamal brings 25 years of contract manufacturing (electronics)
experience in Houston and previously worked for Reuters as
Chief manufacturing Engineer in London, England. Kamal was
raised and educated in England UK.
Kamal is currently VP of Business Development for Houston
branch.
Brian Killen
Brian
Killen joined TS3 in 2007 as VP of Information Technology.
He brings over 16 years of IT experience to the organization.
Prior to joining the TS3 team Mr. Killen served as a Senior
Project Manager for Asurion Wireless Services, the Director
of Technology for Perma-Pipe, and as a Senior Strategy Consultant
for Pomeroy Select Services. Mr. Killen posesses a Bachelor
of Science degree from the University of North Alabama in
Computer Information Systems and a Masters of Science degree
in Accounting Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State
University.
